Why We Exist...

Every state has unclaimed property laws which declare money, real property, personal property and other assets to be reduced to cash after a period of three to five years. The State of California has said they are holding over $3.2 billion in Unclaimed Property. These assets have been turned over to the State treasury or other agencies for safekeeping by businesses and other organizations as required by law. United Pacific Assets, LLC exists to help connect recipients with the assets they are due that they may not have been aware of.
