Did we mention that the Attorneys for Mrs. Herlts estate hired us? Well, they did and as a result we collected $18,836.74 for them. They were paid in full on July 28, 2008.

Early in March 2007 I received a letter from United Pacific Assets, LLC. The letter referenced my mothers, name and asked me to contact their office, which I did. From my first conversation with them, they have made this experience very easy for me. Although my mother passed away, they explained all of the paperwork I would need to claim the funds, which I am entitled, and emailed the required forms promptly. I found Paul Tunison to be professional and courteous, even injecting a little humor when he thought it was needed. They are open and forthright, nothing is a mystery.
